We do not keep your recovery phrases or private keys. We cannot retrieve or reissue a lost phrase. If you have your phrase, you can restore your wallet. Never send your phrase or password to support or anyone else.

The company cannot arbitrarily cancel or modify transactions submitted to a blockchain. Check the recipient address and network before sending, then check the transaction on that network afterward.

Uninstalling does not automatically delete chat accounts and related server data. Device and server deletion scopes differ. For details, see Data deletion information ↗for more information.

A recovery phrase can restore access to your wallet's assets, but it alone cannot restore the previous device's chat private key or conversations. Check what you need before changing devices.
