How KH Works and Tether Wallet handle data.
1. Operator and scope
This information covers the company website and Tether Wallet provided by KH Works, co-represented by Kim Young-pyo and Hwang Cheol-gyu. Business registration: 840-44-01148. Address: 2, Yeonpungchogyo-gil, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
2. Information stored on your device
Recovery phrases, wallet private keys, passwords and chat private keys are used by wallet functions on your device. Non-custodial recovery phrases and private keys are not sent to or stored on our chat server. Local contacts, settings and saved transfer records also support app operations.
3. Information processed by the chat server

4. Blockchain and external networks
Balance and fee checks, signed transaction submissions and price queries connect to external blockchain nodes and lookup services. Wallet addresses, queries, signed transactions and IP addresses may be shared with those services. Public blockchain transactions are public and cannot be deleted or modified by the company.
5. Website visits
This website has no advertising or analytics trackers, sign-up forms or inquiry forms. Fonts, images and scripts are served by our server. Basic access logs may include IP, requested path, time and browser details. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser.
6. Retention and deletion
The chat implementation limits messages retained per room, but a time-based automatic deletion policy for all data is not finalized. Retention and deletion procedures for accounts, profiles, reports, logs and backups will be specified in the formal policy. Uninstalling alone does not delete server data.
7. Privacy inquiries
Send privacy inquiries to support@khworks.kr. Detailed rights-request and server deletion procedures are in preparation. Never send recovery phrases, private keys or wallet passwords.
